Do I need an appointment?

Do you accept walk-ins?
We occasionally have same-day appointments available. Please call ahead to check availability rather than walking in.
How do I prepare for my first visit?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork (or download forms from our New Patients page). Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a list of any medications you're taking.
Do you offer free consultations?
We offer a brief phone consultation (10-15 minutes) at no charge to answer questions and determine if TCM is right for you. Full in-person consultations include treatment and are billed at our initial visit rate.
